Palm Volt Solutions Co., Ltd. is a Cambodian renewable-energy company based in Phnom Penh. We design, install, finance and maintain solar systems for businesses and property owners, and we do it with a small team that stays on a project long after the panels are up.
Palm Volt exists because solar in Cambodia is often sold as a product rather than engineered as a system. We start every project the other way round: with the roof, the load profile and the electricity bill.
We are a strategic partner of Palm Engineering, established in 2018. Through that collaboration we supply solar panels, inverters and energy systems that meet global standards and suit local conditions.
The company holds a letter and licence from the Ministry of Mines and Energy, and a licence from the Electricity Authority of Cambodia for systems above 10 kW. Copies are provided with every proposal.

Singapore
Rian leads commercial strategy and partnerships from Singapore. He works with banks, financing partners and investors on the structures that let a customer adopt solar without heavy upfront capital, and holds each project to the engineering and commercial standard the company sets for itself.
Country Partner
Cambodia
Sereyroth leads Palm Volt in Cambodia. He is the first point of contact for businesses weighing up solar, and carries responsibility for the company's licensing and its standing with the Ministry of Mines and Energy and the Electricity Authority of Cambodia.
Operations & Projects
Cambodia
Seyha runs delivery, from the first site assessment through installation to commissioning and handover. Scheduling, the installation crews, and the safety standard every installer works to on your roof are his responsibility.

Sam advises on system design, equipment selection and electrical integration. He reviews feasibility, sizing and expected generation before a proposal is issued, so the numbers a customer is shown are numbers the system can actually hold.
